Sycamore Tree Christian Child Care Center states that its mission is to provide a safe, nurturing and faith-based environment for all, to foster growth for all ages of development, and to create a strong foundation for lifelong learning. The program describes itself as a Christian-based child care center that incorporates Bible stories, prayers before meals, and an annual Christmas Celebration into its curriculum, and states that no child will be denied care based on differing religious background or belief. The center states that its programs and services offer developmentally appropriate curriculum, foster Christian values, curiosity, creativity and self-esteem, and are designed to enhance social, emotional, intellectual, and physical developmental needs, with each child assigned to a classroom depending on age and developmental level with specific curriculum for each.

The center reports that daily activities include a minimum of direct instruction and focus on individual learning, free choice, and quiet time, and that child-initiated and teacher-supported play is an essential component. Outdoor play is expected every day except when the windchill is 0 degrees or less, the heat index is greater than 90 degrees, or during other inclement weather such as ozone alert days, lightning, or thunder, and parents are asked to send tennis shoes for outdoor play and field trips. Field trip and bus transportation fees are described as non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Sycamore Tree Christian Child Care Center states that it is an accredited, 5-star state licensed facility, licensed in Wisconsin for a maximum of 190 children, and currently 5-star on the YoungStar rating scale, noting that YoungStar is a program of the Department of Children and Families created to improve the quality of child care for Wisconsin children. The center notes that families receive 4 or 5 vacation day vouchers per child depending on whether the child attends 4 or 5 days a week. It also reports that the entrance door is securely locked using the ProCare Security system with fingerprint identification for parents and authorized pickup people, and that video security cameras are in classrooms and entryways.
