YMCA Day Camp offers activities that include arts and crafts and chances to explore science and technology. Campers take part in physically active programs that involve creativity, teamwork, and leadership, and they have time in an outdoor environment where they can develop an appreciation of nature.
• Ages: 4–12 years old
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6am–6pm
YMCA Day Camp includes traditional camp units called Explorers for ages 5–6 years old (with some 7-year-olds due to Jr. Specialty Camps), Voyagers for ages 6–8 years old, and Navigators for ages 9–12 years old. It also offers Sports Camp Adventurers for ages 6–10 years old and Specialty Camp Adventurers for ages 8–12 years old. A CIT program is available for those who have completed 6th grade and are 12 years old, who are eligible to attend as a camper or as a CIT. Four-year-old participants are accepted at the Holy Hill Area School District YMCA Day Camp, Kewaskum YMCA Day Camp, and Lumen Christi YMCA Day Camp for an additional fee. Camp registration opens February 1, 2026, camp begins June 8, 2026, and camp ends August 28, 2026, with dates varying by location. A parent orientation for the Holy Hill Area School District YMCA Day Camp is scheduled for April 23rd from 5:30–7pm. The program is led by Jason Heuer, Senior Director of School Age & Day Camp, West Washington Branch, and Ben Breuer, Day Camp Director, Feith Family Ozaukee Branch.
The Kettle Moraine YMCA states that its mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. The Kettle Moraine YMCA is part of a nonprofit organization of over 2,700 Ys in 10,000 communities across the United States that are dedicated to strengthening the communities that they serve.
