Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater La Crosse offers Sports & Recreation, Education, The Arts, Mental Health & Wellness, Workforce Readiness, and Character & Leadership. It also offers football, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, soccer, and baseball for grades K-8.

- Sports & Recreation — grades K-8 · The Club offers a wide range of youth athletic programs that promote healthy lifestyles and the experience to be a part of a team.

- Mental Health & Wellness — Programs that develop youth's capacity to engage in positive behaviors to nurture their well-being, set personal goals and grow into self-sufficient adults.
- Workforce Readiness — Kids and teens explore interests and passions, develop employability skills, and apply knowledge to real-world work experiences.
- Character & Leadership — Programs that recognize youth who inspire and empower those around them and help them develop leadership skills.
