Quad Care states that it strives to provide an environment that is safe, clean, healthy, and oriented to children, and that the strength of the program is the dedication of its teaching staff, who are supported with training, resources, and freedom to create a unique learning experience. The program states that teachers create a caring and nurturing atmosphere, foster each child’s creativity and positive self-image, and use positive methods of discipline such as redirection, with programs designed to develop independence and respect for others.

Quad Care states that parents are the most important adults in a child’s life and that it strives to create a partnership between parents and teachers, encouraging frequent communication and maintaining open doors. The program provides childcare for children of Quad employees and community members, and Lomira Quad Care partners with the Lomira School District and bussing services to offer AM and PM 4K wrap-around care. Quad Care operates two Wisconsin-licensed centers and notes that all doors are locked and accessible through a swipe card, with each child assigned an identification number used to log in and out at a computer terminal. Parents are asked to fill out a Daily Schedule Sheet each day for infants and toddlers, and are required to escort children into the center and classroom at arrival and make sure the teacher knows the child has arrived, as well as ensure the caregiver is aware when they and their child are leaving.
