Camp Randall Rowing Club Youth Programs focus on rowing and competitive rowing. Participants practice and train in the sport of rowing as part of these programs. The programs are part of Camp Randall Rowing Club, which emphasizes competitive rowing experiences for youth.

• Ages: 12–18 years old

Camp Randall Rowing Club states that its primary purpose is to foster a love of rowing and provide youth rowers opportunities to be competitive in regional and national regattas. The club’s mission includes encouraging, developing, instructing, and training people in the sport of competitive rowing, promoting opportunities for amateur competition, and encouraging lifelong health and wellness. The mission also includes supporting rowers of all ages who otherwise would never have an opportunity to participate in the sport, and developing an understanding of and appreciation for the sport of rowing among rowers and families. The club supports and develops amateur athletes throughout the Dane County community and beyond.

USRowing is Camp Randall Rowing Club’s governing body and is a member organization of the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee. All CRRC coaches, captains, and chaperones are required to complete SafeSport certifications and background checks, and semi-annual SafeSport workshops are provided to all athletes by CRRC's Safety and Culture Committee. All CRRC community members are welcome to complete SafeSport training and certification.

The leadership team includes Dan Meier, President; Jason Potter, Vice President; Paul Rider, Personnel Committee Chair; Noelle Tarpey, Secretary; Katie Kalscheur, Treasurer; Tricia Wheeler, Junior Parent Committee Co-Chair; Katie Parsons, Junior Parent Committee Co-Chair; Becky Penticoff, Recruiting Chair; Liz Blair, Safety & Culture Committee Representative; Will Russell, coaching staff representative; and the captains of the Junior Program teams, who also share a seat on the board.
