The organization is committed to building an organizational culture, developing childcare professionals, and supporting children and families in a way that embraces diversity, fosters an environment of inclusion, and enhances equity. Wisconsin Youth Company operates Elver Park and Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Centers, which offer residents equitable access to resources, and these neighborhood centers host an annual Holiday Toy Drive.
