Wisconsin Youth Company offers before and after school programs, 4K wrap, summer camps, Middle School U, Wander Wisconsin, non-school days and break programs, and After School programs. The organization also runs fundraising efforts, including the Paddle Battle Tournament, the Wisconsin Paddle Battle Pickleball Tournament, and a Holiday Toy Drive.

Wisconsin Youth Company is a 501c3 non-profit organization that has been operating since 1974. It has provided care and enrichment programs in Dane and Waukesha Counties for 50 years and provides high-quality out-of-school time programming throughout these counties. Its mission is to engage youth in opportunities to encourage them to be their best selves. For the past 10 years, Wisconsin Youth Company has provided a scholarship for every child who needs one. Wisconsin Youth Company states that every child deserves opportunity and describes itself as a place where kids thrive beyond the school day. The organization is committed to building an organizational culture, developing childcare professionals, and supporting children and families in a way that embraces diversity, fosters an environment of inclusion, and enhances equity. Wisconsin Youth Company operates Elver Park and Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Centers, which offer residents equitable access to resources, and these neighborhood centers host an annual Holiday Toy Drive.
