Chestnut Center for the Arts offers educational art classes, workshops, and special events. The arts center also includes rental spaces that can be used for teaching, rehearsing, performing, and meeting by community members and business groups. The building houses individual artists' and musicians' studios, and it includes the “Chapel on Chestnut” for weddings and a Ballroom for receptions.

The nonprofit Chestnut Center for the Arts was founded in the summer of 2003. Its mission is to create a lively center for the community to enjoy the arts in all forms. The organization unites people from around Central Wisconsin in learning, creating, and experiencing the arts and exists due to broad community support. It is located on the Chair Trail and hosts the “Chairish” Our City Chair Trail, which features 28 one-of-a-kind chairs on display at local businesses from July 10th through September 10th.
