Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club offers soccer through organized leagues, tournaments, educational programs, and camps. The program also includes a winter youth program called Soccer School and a Winter Mikro introductory soccer program for younger players.

Founded in 1968, Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and affiliated member of the US Youth Soccer Association. It offers year-round youth soccer programs of all levels, serving 5,000 children across Southeastern Wisconsin seasonally and forming more than 300 teams. The club’s mission is to provide people of all ages, genders, physical abilities, and backgrounds the opportunity to participate in soccer through organized leagues, tournaments, educational programs, and administrative services supported by quality facilities, professional staff, and dedicated volunteers.
Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club describes itself as Milwaukee’s premier youth soccer club and uses the motto “One Club built through Community” and the phrase “13 Regions, 1 Soccer Club.” The club has youth and adult programs, camps, and tournaments across Southeastern Wisconsin and is organized into 13 regions, each supervised by a Regional Director. Its Board of Directors consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Executive Director, and individual members representing twelve regions.
The Mikro program is an introductory soccer program for young players age 3U–5U and is described as a great opportunity for young players ages 3–5 to learn soccer and foundational skills such as passing, dribbling, and shooting through fun games. Soccer School is an indoor winter youth program that provides top level soccer instruction for every player, regardless of skill level. Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club and SC Wave have an alliance to jointly build teams to compete in MLS Next, Girls Academy (GA), E64, and MWC Club v Club for the 2023–2024 seasonal year, and the club states that it is a unifying and innovative force in the community and a respected leader in the development of children, striving to instill a lifelong passion for the game of soccer.
