Dancy Art Camp offers fully outdoor art camp sessions described as a week full of creativity, imagination, and fun. Session 4 of Dancy Art Camp runs July 29–August 1. The program is described as a small business that runs art camp sessions in the summer.
• Schedule: Summer 2024 sessions run July 8–11, July 15–18, July 22–25, and July 29–August 1; Summer 2023 sessions ran July 10–13 and July 17–20, with a pending session July 24–27; Summer 2022 sessions ran July 11–14, July 18–21, and July 25–28.
Lauryn Rammer (she/her) is part of the Camp Leadership team and is described as a local outdoor educator and artist/musician. Lauryn currently teaches 3K and 4K at Sprouts Garden Preschool, a play-based nature school in Wausau, WI, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Education. She is First Aid/CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross Association. Lauryn aims to create a playful, safe environment where students can express themselves freely.
Dancy Art Camp was selected to receive the “Inclusive Excellence Award” through the Hello Alice American Dream Awards. The Rotary Club of Stevens Point and the Lake DuBay Lions Club are described as continuous or generous supporters of Dancy Art Camp. Kwik Trip provided a full tuition scholarship for a camper, and the Lake Dubay Lions Club provided two full-tuition scholarships for local youth to attend art camp.
