Kids R Us University offers early childhood education and care, including daycare, wrap-around care, and school-age summer programs. The program uses developmental tracking and an implemented curriculum that focuses on language skills, literacy, concept development, social skills, and positive emotional well-being. Children are grouped in classes by age, including infants, 1 year, 2 years, 2.5 years, preschool (3 to 5 years), and school-age (5 to 12 years), and are served well-balanced meals each day that include protein, fruit, and a vegetable, made by staff and approved through the USDA Child and Adult Food Program.

Kids R Us University was founded in 2009 and has grown from one location serving 30 children to four locations serving more than 250 children. The program offers daycare for children aged 6 weeks to 13 years old, day care and wrap-around care for children aged 6 weeks to 13 years, and school-age summer care for children 4 and older. It offers a full-day Head Start program and Early Head Start at the Hall Avenue site, with Head Start free to qualifying low-income families and focused on school readiness, health, nutrition, and family involvement. Kids R Us University follows the Wisconsin Model of Early Learning Standards and the School-Age Curricular Framework, is licensed through the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families with regular inspections, and provides meals that are USDA approved through the Child and Adult Food Program. The program provides services in early learning, health, and family well-being and is a collaborative partner with family and child learning centers of northeast Wisconsin.
The mission of Kids R Us University is to provide a purposeful learning environment by inspiring children, collaborating with schools, and providing families with consistency, convenience, and quality programming. The Head Start and Early Head Start programs are led by highly qualified teachers. The executive director and owner is Michelle Peters, and site directors include Brianna Davis, Kendra Kelly, and Lileana Thoune. Wrap-around care options are available before and after school, with help arranging transportation to and from school as needed, and care is also offered for school closures, spring break, and winter break.
