Pulaski Area Community Education (PACE) is part of the Pulaski Community School District. PACE began in the 1930s when the Pulaski Community School District started a community-wide outreach effort, and since then it has evolved to include a wide variety of programs. Many of these programs have their origins in the school district’s community-based philosophy and are often co-opted with various community groups and organizations. In 1999, the National Center for Community Education recognized PACE as one of America’s model community education initiatives. PACE staff members include Nikki Ruediger, Rachel Setliff, Mark Heck, Amber Gauthier, and Grace Behnke, and the director can be reached by phone at 920-822-6051.
