The club describes itself as a player-centered soccer program with programs built for players of all ages and abilities, with a focus on individual player development and long-term success rather than short-term wins. Every FIRE player will play in every game unless subject to league or club discipline, and the club uses smaller rosters to maximize player touches on the ball. Players are given opportunities to play different positions on an ongoing and regular basis, and the club prioritizes continuing education for coaches, administrators and families. FIRE Soccer Club is run by U.S. Youth Soccer certified coaches and offers Youth Rec, Select/Traveling, TOPSoccer and Adult teams.
The leadership team includes Armando Martinez (President), Mike Stascak (Vice President), Matt Bellisle (Secretary), Brett Schultz (Treasurer, Director of Coaching), Heidi Haroldson (Board Member, Director of TOPSoccer), and Beth Inman (Board Member, Director of Rec, Adult Rec Coordinator).
