The WPGA Junior Golf Foundation offers a tournament series that includes tournaments, par 3 tournaments, and Player Tour events. The program also runs player development programs for junior golfers. Events are held for every level of golfer across the state.

The WPGA Junior Golf Foundation’s mission is to promote the game of golf by providing positive opportunities, enjoyment, and education to Wisconsin junior golfers and their families. The organization is led by WPGA Executive Director Joe Stadler, PGA, along with Director of Junior Golf Andy Landenberger, Junior Operations Manager Ashton Angst, Director of Player Development Maddy Anderson, PGA Works Fellow Katelyn Duero, Junior Golf Coordinator Ed Swab, and several interns. Staff credentials include PGA professionals Joe Stadler, Matt Reel, and Foy Swenson. The Foundation provides scholarships and grants to deserving participants and has awarded $100,000 in scholarships. It was awarded the $5,000 Golf Galaxy / Dicks Sporting Goods Sports Matter Grant to help fund junior programs for the second year in a row. Testimonials from past participants describe experiences in Wisconsin Jr PGA and WPGA Junior Foundation events that led to playing college golf at schools such as the United States Naval Academy, Notre Dame University, the University of Wisconsin, North Dakota State University, the University of South Dakota, Loyola University, the University of Illinois, the University of Florida, and competition on tours including Korn Ferry Tour and PGA Tour Americas.
