Families are asked to send campers in appropriate athletic clothing, with sneakers or tennis shoes required and no open-toe shoes allowed. Campers should bring a backpack with a swimsuit and towel, a labeled water bottle, and two snacks in closed containers, and any violation of the clothing requirement results in a parent or guardian being called to bring appropriate clothes or pick the camper up. The program instructs families not to send valuables such as jewelry, money, smartphones, cameras, or toys, and states that staff are not responsible for personal possessions; found items are turned in to the Camp Coordinator and returned at the end of the day. No weapons, sharp objects, or other hazardous items are permitted at camp or on the grounds, and any individual in violation of this policy is removed from camp immediately without a refund.
