Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley – Littleton Club at Underdown Learning Center offers after-school programming that includes meals, snacks and a hot, nutritious dinner, tutoring, homework help, sports, and other activities. The program includes a daily academic enrichment activity, daily physical activity, and education programs. It also offers career pathway and workforce readiness learning, including internship opportunities.

For 75 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley has been creating equity and opportunity for youth through academic, social, and workforce opportunities. The organization offers affordable after-school and summer programs for more than 20,000 young people in grades K–12 across 30 Clubs in the Valley. Programs are organized around four Priority Outcomes: Academic Success, Good Character & Leadership, Healthy Lifestyles, and Career Pathways & Workforce Readiness, with a focus on social and emotional development to build resilient young adults and develop strong character and leadership skills by creating positive connections to caring adults and their community. The Littleton Club at Underdown Learning Center is part of the largest childcare provider in the Valley and offers high-quality, affordable programs that stay open late and support families’ work schedules by staying open until 7 pm. The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley is to empower young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible members of the community. The program is supported by Valley of the Sun United Way for quality after-school programs at BGCAZ Clubs, and it is staffed by caring, professional, well-trained staff.
