Evo Swim School

EVO Swim School offers Starfish (Parent-tot) and Pufferfish (Parent-tot) for children ages three months to two years old. In these classes, a parent, grandparent, or authorized adult must be in the water with the child, and instruction includes how to handle and work with a baby in the water. The school also offers Otter and Seal entry-level classes for children starting at 2 years old, plus Sea Lion, Porpoise, and Dolphin intermediate classes, and an Advanced Stroke Class.

• Seal (Entry-level) — Children can start at 2 years old (or 20 months with parent/tot instruction). · $114 per month · 1 instructor per 4 students. Instruction designed to help young children be comfortable and relaxed in the water and acquire basic water survival skills.
• Sea Lion Class (Intermediate) — Children are typically ages 4 to 12 years old. · One instructor per four students. Instruction designed to introduce children to “form” swimming and to become more efficient, safe, and happy in the water.
• Porpoise Class (Intermediate) — Children are typically ages 4 to 12 years old. · One instructor per four students. Instruction designed to introduce children to “form” swimming and to become more efficient, safe, and happy in the water.
• Dolphin Class (Intermediate) — Children are typically ages 4 to 12 years old. · One instructor per four students. Instruction designed to introduce children to “form” swimming and to become more efficient, safe, and happy in the water.
• Advanced Stroke Class — Children are typically ages 6 to 12 years old.

About the provider

For over 20 years, EVO Swim School has served families in Gilbert and Mesa. Its mission is to guide children through every stage of their swimming journey, from building confidence in the water to mastering strokes. The program focuses on water safety, stroke development, and confidence-building in a fun and supportive environment.

Makeups are not refundable as they represent a class spot held for the child. Makeups can be scheduled online or by phone at least two business days in advance. Missed classes have makeups available for six months from the date of absence. There is a one-week grace period after the last lesson to use remaining makeups. Enrollment is required to schedule makeups. No refunds for missed lessons. The school says it is not a seasonal program at this location for one FAQ answer, and another FAQ says the school is an intensive 3x per week seasonal program that runs for five weeks.
