Next Level Fitness & Martial Arts offers training in Krav Maga, Taekwondo, Fitness Kickboxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Clinch Dirty Boxing, and self-defense. The program includes Kids Martial Arts, Kids Krav Maga, Kids Krav Maga “Krav Ninjas” for ages 4–6, Kids Krav Maga for ages 7–13, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu “Gracie Ninjas” for ages 4–6, Gracie Kids for ages 7–13, Adult Krav Maga, and group, private, and semi-private lessons for both kids and adults.

Next Level Fitness & Martial Arts has been serving the community since 1995. The stated goal of Next Level Krav Maga & Gracie Humaita Jiu Jitsu is to help students develop, grow, and improve both physically and mentally through progression in martial arts, kickboxing, and fitness training. The program lists core values of Respect, Discipline, Courtesy, Courage, and Perseverance and includes a focus on character development for children. Coaches are hand-picked from the existing student base and complete annual certification exams, and the facility is described as state-of-the-art.

Grand Master Joseph Edmondson is the Master Instructor and Head Coach, and is also listed as a Grandmaster Instructor and self-defense coach. He has over 50 years of professional experience, started martial arts at age 4 in Tae Kwon Do, holds an 8th dan in Tae Kwon Do, a 2nd dan in Hapkido, a 4th degree Black Belt in Krav Maga from Grandmaster Itay Gil (received in 2021), and currently holds the rank of Brown belt in Gracie Humaita Jiu-Jitsu. He is the Arizona Representative for the Federation of Israeli Martial Arts (FIMA), Western Regional Director of Operations for the Police Tactics Instructors of America (P.T.I.A.) and Agency of Law Enforcement Experts International (ALEX), an NRA Pistol/Rifle/Shotgun Instructor, a USCCA Firearms Instructor, and a Force Science Certified Analyst. He has been featured on ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, Good Morning America, and ESPN+, has several World Championships in full contact and point fighting, and has 4 U.S.T.U. National Championship medals. The program notes that he has ranked over 10,000 students and that it holds a 5-star Facebook rating.

The leadership and coaching team also includes Grandmaster George Bell, a 9th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and 2nd Degree Black Belt Professor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu; Professor Quan Phu, a BJJ student and coach for over 24 years and a 2nd degree Black Belt Professor in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu; Coach Rob Brower, a Krav Maga Black Belt Instructor; Master Royler Gracie; Master Itay Gil; and Professor Nick Stefan. The program is described as the home of Gracie Humaita Jiu-Jitsu and as the #1 rated program in Gilbert. Next Level Fitness & Martial Arts states that it has been proudly serving the community since 1995, and that Grand Master Edmondson lends his martial arts knowledge and experience to multiple first responder organizations by teaching defensive tactics.
