About

Next Level Soccer offers soccer training that includes evaluation and assessment by a coaching team. The program includes a Future Stars introductory soccer level, an Elite Performance Academy with specialized academic programs for committed athletes, and a girls night focused on drills to improve form.

• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Training membership and class options available Monday–Friday in the afternoon and evening

Next Level Soccer is an indoor training facility that is 100% soccer focused and includes five specific training areas. The facilities are fully air-conditioned and serve more than 500 active members with over 12 soccer coaches. All new players ages 6–13 must undergo an assessment before registering for the program. The Training Membership program is for players aged 6 and above who want additional technical training, and the Future Stars level is for children ages 3–5 in an enjoyable and laid-back atmosphere. The Elite Performance Academy is an integral part of the Chandler Unified School District and uses outdoor fields at the East Valley Soccer Complex for Academy teams only.

The directors have degrees in Sports Science, hold UEFA qualifications, and have many years of coaching experience across several continents. The stated mission is to “Raise our Game” and revolutionize the process and culture of youth soccer in Arizona, with a focus on introducing children to the game in a supportive and well-coached environment that emphasizes teamwork, structure, and independent decision-making, and to set the standard and produce world class, next level players. The Elite Performance Academy is described as being conveniently situated near the Next Level Southeast Valley indoor facility.

Parent testimonials describe the training as intentional about creating a positive learning environment, with players fully engaged, being challenged, and having fun. Parents also describe the coaches as extremely knowledgeable and skilled, great with kids, and using positive encouragement. One parent notes that an 8-year-old child enjoys both recreational-level play and the ability to move into competitive training, and another family reports traveling from Alaska to attend because of the coaching and training program. A parent whose daughter attended girls night reports that the drills were “spot on” for improving form.
