Growth Soccer Training offers small group soccer training, private soccer lessons, and team soccer training, along with a homeschool program, indoor soccer training, and Lil' Ballers soccer training for younger players. The program also runs 3v3 and 4v4 indoor soccer tournaments, soccer clinics during holiday and summer sessions, speed, strength and agility training, performance training, and pick up 3v3 games as open play for adults and youth. Indoor field rentals are available for teams and trainers.

Growth Soccer Training was formed in October of 2019, and its current facility opened in the summer of 2022. The program is described as one of the top elite youth soccer training programs in Arizona, with sessions divided into age ranges and skill levels, including Elite, Intermediate, and Basic Skills classes. It was named GROWTH because young athletes go there to get better in their technical skills and their striking ability.
Javier Torres is the Managing Partner and Head Coach at Growth Soccer Training. He played high school soccer in Goodyear, Arizona for Desert Edge High School, began his college career at Phoenix College, was recruited to play at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California, and finished his playing career at Benedictine University. He played semi-pro soccer with Sporting FCAZ and has been head coach of teams at Premier, AZ Select, Surf FC and more. The leadership team includes Founder Coach Javi, also known as “Big Javi,” and assistant coaches Coach Lil Javi, Coach Rosie, and Coach Raul.
Growth Soccer Training is ESA Certified for its homeschool program. The facility is a 12,000 square foot air conditioned indoor space with two small-sided soccer training fields, a striking and finishing area on a 20-foot goal, a speed and agility area, parent viewing areas, food and drink vending machines, and a GST merchandise retail store.
Parents and players have shared testimonials such as “GST Has Become Our 2nd Home” and “He Wanted To Make The High School Team.” One parent said, “Hands down, the best trainer in AZ. My child has shown incredible growth and her desire to play hard and smarter is all thanks to Javier.
