Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley After School and Summer Programs offers meals, snacks, and a hot, nutritious dinner at no additional cost, along with homework help, tutoring, and daily academic enrichment activities. The program includes sports, daily physical activity, physical fitness, healthy fun and recreation, and experiences in the arts. Youth take part in education programs that complement what they learn during the school day, leadership training, character development, leadership and service to others in the Club and community, and career pathway and workforce readiness learning, including internship opportunities.

• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: After school programming from 3pm–7pm; BGCAZ stays open until 7pm
• Price: At just $40–$80 per month during the school year (including snacks and a hot, nutritious dinner at no additional cost)

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley After School and Summer Programs is staffed by caring, professional, well-trained staff. Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley empowers young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible members of the community. For 75 years, BGCAZ has been creating equity and opportunity for youth through academic, social, and workforce opportunities, and it offers affordable after-school and summer programs for more than 20,000 young people in grades K–12 across 30+ Clubhouses in the Phoenix metro area. Programs are organized around four stated priority outcomes: Academic Success, Good Character and Leadership, Healthy Lifestyles, and Career Pathways and Workforce Readiness, and are rooted in social-emotional development practices.
