Fisher Bryan Golf Academy offers Junior Development, Adult Coaching, and Tournament Players programs. The program uses Tour-Proven Technology and operates as an FBGA Elite Facility with Proven Technology.

Fisher Bryan Golf Academy is owned and operated by Thompson Golf and has over 50 years of combined experience working with players at every level of the game. It is described as Arizona's longest running and most successful junior development program, offers coaching for every level of junior golfer, and is described as the #1 academy in Arizona for competitive juniors, college, and professional golfers. The mission statement is: “Stop wasting time working on things that aren't making you better! Do what 1000's of golfers already have and let FBGA show you how to do what matters most so that you can play better golf sooner!”

Staff credentials and awards include PGA Teacher of the Year, PGA Junior Golf Coach of the Year, Future Champions Golf Master Coach, Top 25 Coach in the USA, Titleist Staff Ambassador, Titleist Performance Institute Certified, Foresight Sports GC Quad Launch Monitor Ambassador and certified coach, True Spec Golf Ambassador, and SportsBoxAi 3D staff member and certified coach. Longbow Golf Club, where the academy operates, first opened in 1997, and a complete redesign was unveiled in the fall of 2003; the academy has been at Longbow Golf Club since 2009. Longbow Golf Club is described as a “must-play.”
