Kids Incorporated Learning Centers offers curriculum-based activities that include reading readiness, math, language development, science, creative expression, music, arts and crafts, and special projects. Children take part in activities in both indoor classrooms and an outdoor classroom environment, with options such as art, music, dramatic play, circle time, and other learning activities. The program also features water days in the summertime using a signature splash pad.

Kids Incorporated Learning Centers operates in a state-of-the-art facility with indoor and outdoor learning environments and a nature-inspired environment. Classrooms are tailored to age-appropriate needs and include learning centers such as a library, block area, discovery, dramatic play, art, and manipulatives. Outdoor learning environments include various unique play structures for toddler, preschool, and school-age child age groups, as well as an outdoor classroom environment for art, music, dramatic play, circle time, and learning activities.
The program offers infant, toddler, and preschool programs, as well as school age transportation, full-time and part-time schedules, and nutritious meals and snacks. The staff includes energetic and experienced teachers, and a fully qualified teacher is always on hand. Each staff member’s education and experience meet or exceed state standards, and all staff members are required to have a valid fingerprint card, background checks, and ongoing training hours in topics related to the care, education, development, and safety of children. Bus drivers are prescreened, First Aid and CPR certified, and carefully trained.
Kids Incorporated Learning Centers is DES Approved and has been operating since the first center opened in 1988 as an on-site childcare center for the employees of Mesa Lutheran Hospital. The program reports over 30 years exceeding in care, curriculum, and cost and offers curriculum-based learning programs that integrate all aspects of a child’s development, including correct nutrition and comprehensive education. The staff participates in a training program that covers all aspects of caring for and educating children. The founder, Jeanie Smith, has over 45 years of experience in education and holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Arizona State University.
