Let's Play Music

Let's Play Music offers foundational music and piano classes for children ages 4-6. The classes include ear training, chord theory, classical music, piano, note reading, and solfège. For beginners ages 7-12, the program offers an accelerated piano class that includes repertoire, piano technique, ear training, chord theory, music history, solfège, and composition.

Programs

• Ages 0-4 — 0-4
• Ages 4-6 — 4-6 · Foundational music and piano class for children ages 4-6. Emphasis on ear training, chord theory, classical music, piano, note reading, and solfège.
• Ages 7-12 — 7-12 · An accelerated piano class for beginners ages 7-12. Students learn repertoire, piano technique, ear training, chord theory, music history, solfège, and composition.

About the provider

Let's Play Music started in 1998 and states that more than 450 teachers across the United States and Canada work with the method today. Its mission is to enrich lives through the power of music. The page also says the curriculum is nationally adopted and used by 400+ certified teachers, and that founder Shelle Soelberg is Kodály-certified at Levels I, II, and III.
