SPF Parkour Academy Camps and Classes offers activities that include a Kinder Program, Trampoline, Boxing, Parkour, Tumbling, Adaptive Classes, Ninja Warrior Jr, Homeschool options, Nerf Wars, SPF Jam Times, and seasonal camps such as Summer Camp, Fall Break Camp, Winter Camp, Spring Break Camp, and One-day Holiday Camps. The program also offers Adult Parkour, Adult Tumbling, and Adult Boxing.

• Schedule: Nerf Wars every 2nd Friday of the month from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with camps available in half-day AM, half-day PM, full-day, and full-week schedules
SPF Parkour Academy has provided movement instruction since 2007 and introduced its parkour program in 2009 as the first dedicated parkour facility where the first Lil Ninja program in the country was developed. The facility was designed and built by professional athletes, and its equipment can be reconfigured regularly to create new paths and obstacles. SPF Jam Times function as open gym sessions with an experienced coach on the floor, and the program hosts the SPF Parkour Movement Competition every winter. The program is family-owned and operated, and staff members are certified to teach and are active athletes in their disciplines, with over a decade of experience. SPF Parkour Academy states that it is a place where confidence is built in students while providing a safe, fun, and positive environment, and that families who join develop a lifelong appreciation for fitness and establish friendships for years to come. The program is described as the first and largest parkour/freerunning program in the state and is an approved ESA Vendor (Empowerment Scholarship Account Vendor) supporting Arizona homeschool families. The leadership team includes Bruno as Owner / Trampoline & Tumbling Director, Sylvia as Owner, Eddie as General Manager, Sophia as Assistant General Manager, and Gigi the Gym Dog as Official Mascot.
