LA Acting Academy

LA Acting Academy offers professional on-camera acting classes, beginner acting workshops, and advanced on-camera training for young performers who are interested in film, television, and commercials. The program focuses on building real audition skills, mastering on-camera techniques, and preparing students to book real industry opportunities. Students receive personalized on-camera coaching in a supportive environment that emphasizes confidence, creativity, and career readiness.

For over 10 years, LA Acting Academy has helped young actors launch their careers in film, television, and commercials. All courses are led by experienced industry professionals who actively work in film, television, and commercials, and the acting coaches are working actors who bring real-world insight into every class. The leadership team includes Founder/CEO/Branding Expert Maja Sutkovic and acting coaches Sally Jo Bannow, Matt Pleasant, Mike Lawler, Tierra Peters, Didi DeStefano, David Samson, and Suzanne Gutierrez. The faculty includes seasoned performers, casting experts, and industry mentors, and the program works closely with casting directors, talent agents, and producers to prepare students for real industry opportunities. Kids and teens train with Hollywood-style techniques, receive on-camera coaching and industry-level support, and participate in programs that are designed to build the skills, confidence, and connections needed to succeed as a working actor in today’s competitive entertainment industry.
