The program takes place at the Shemer Art Center, which features vibrant art exhibitions, engaging workshops, a boutique gift shop, and an outdoor sculpture garden.

• Schedule: Regular hours are Tuesdays–Saturdays from 10 a.m.–3 p.m., and it is closed Sundays and Mondays except for weekend events and Monday classes.
• Price: Admission is free, with a suggested donation of $7 per person or $10 per couple.

The Shemer Art Center operates under the leadership of President/Executive Director Shonna James. It is supported in part by the City of Phoenix Arts & Culture and Parks & Recreation departments, as well as the Arizona Commission on the Arts. In 1992 it was designated as one of the City of Phoenix Points of Pride, and it has been named one of the 10 Best Museums in Phoenix by USA Today and one of Phoenix’s 10 Best Kept Secrets by The Culture Trip. One parent reported that their daughter loved a week-long summer art camp at the center and created many drawings, paintings, and sculptures during that time.
