About the provider

The academy was established in 1982. Owners Mike Payne and Donna Payne lead the program, and the staff includes many instructors and coaches. The academy says its instructors carry USA Gymnastics certifications in Fundamentals of Gymnastics Instruction, Safety and Risk Management, and Safe Sport. It also says the staff has been recognized by the Arizona Women’s Gymnastics Community, Mike Payne was inducted into the Indiana Gymnastics Hall of Fame in 2022, and Donna Payne has a National rating as a NAWGJ gymnastics judge.
