Thunderbird FC offers soccer programs that include a Winter Rec League and the TFC Club In-Season Tryout program. Players take part in organized soccer activities led by current certified coaches.

Founded in 2018 by the Zaccagnio family, Thunderbird FC is led by Executive Director Anthony Zaccagnio. The club follows a progressive, age-specific curriculum with a clear focus on effort, teamwork, and character. Thunderbird FC is recognized as a Top Rated Phoenix Youth Soccer Club and is known as a respected competitive club with strong player development. It is also home to North Phoenix’s premier recreational league. The program states that it takes great pride in excellent communication with soccer families, and that Coach Anthony or Coach Colin will respond within 24 hours. The mission of Thunderbird FC is to foster the physical, mental, social, and emotional growth of youth through soccer in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and surrounding communities, in a safe, fun, and supportive environment where players of all levels can develop their skills, build confidence, and grow a lifelong love for the game.
