Youth Sports Training includes performance training, sports performance training, and sport-specific training that focus on speed, power, agility, strength, and energy system development. The program also includes sports science diagnostics, performance testing, PT evaluations, customized movement assessment, targeted corrective exercises, and return to sport rehabilitation and testing. Additional services available in this setting include dry needling, myofascial cupping, soft tissue and joint mobilizations, sport science testing using Hawkin Dynamics force plates, nutrition education, body composition analysis and tracking, and guidance on pre- and post-workout supplementation, along with performance training and camps designed to reduce injury risk and increase level of competitive play for all levels, from beginner to advanced, ages 13 and up.
