Arizona Dreams offers Tumble Tots, a 45-minute parent-child class, Adorable Acrobats, a 1-hour gymnastics class, Busy Bodies, a 1-hour class, and Champions, a 1-hour class. It also offers Little Ninjas and Junior Ninjas for ninja park fitness, Future Flyers by invitation only, and summer, winter, and spring camps with gymnastics, parkour, ninja warrior, tumbling, trampoline, arts and crafts, open play, bounce house fun, obstacle courses, and water games.

• Busy Bodies — 4yrs-5yrs preschool/pre-k · 1 hour · Designed for children in their pre-kindergarten years as they grow in confidence and physical readiness.
• Champions — 5yrs-6yrs Kinder/1st Grade · 1 hour · For children in their early elementary years who are ready for more structure, challenge, and responsibility.
• Future Flyers — 8yrs+ - Invite Only · 2.5 hours · Invitation-only class for gymnasts who have demonstrated strong mastery in the Dynamos or Energizers levels and are ready for a greater challenge.
• Little Ninjas — 3-5 · Tuesday-Friday during the afternoon · Ninja Park Fitness classes for ages 3-5.
• Junior Ninjas — 6 & up · Tuesday-Friday during the afternoon · Ninja Park Fitness classes for ages 6 and up.
• Girls Competitive Gymnastics Team — Arizona Dreams offers an extensive competitive team. This is a fast-growing highly competitive program that excels in meets all over the region.
• Elite Gymnastics & international Team members — Arizona Dreams offers a Developmental Program for athletes that shows what it takes to become an Elite competitor.
