About

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Arizona After School Program includes daily homework tutoring, educational games, healthy habits activities, active games, arts and crafts, recreation and sports, STEM projects, community service, and other educational and recreational activities during the school year. It serves ages 6-17, accepts age 5 if a child is enrolled in kindergarten and has an older sibling attending the Clubs, and accepts age 18 as junior leaders and volunteers.

About the provider

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Arizona has served the region for 25+ years. Its programs are designed around Academic Success, Good Character and Citizenship, Fun with a Purpose, and Healthy Lifestyles.

The after school program is available Monday through Friday from 2:30 to 6:30pm. The program hours are Monday-Friday 2:00pm to 6:30pm. The clubs are closed on major holidays, follow the public school district calendar, and are open on teacher in-service days. Break weeks are full-day programming, require an additional sign-up, and cost $90. During Spring and Winter breaks they operate on extended hours and follow the school district Spring & Winter break schedules.
