Into the Wild Outdoors offers Skills Outings with archery, rifle, handgun, shotgun, glassing, fishing, and basic survival, along with devotion and small-group discussion. It also offers Weekend Family Camps with campfires, fishing trips, hikes, and, when in season, hunting, plus group discussions, testimonies, and fellowship. Youth Adventure Camps include hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, shooting sports, and outdoor recreation with mentor-based discipleship.
Programs
- Skills Outings (Day Experiences) — One-day outings with hands-on outdoor skills like archery, rifle, handgun, shotgun, glassing, fishing, and basic survival, paired with devotion and small-group discussion.
- Weekend Family Camps — 2-4 day trips where parents, kids, and mentors share campfires, fishing trips, hikes, and, when in season, hunting, with group discussions, testimonies, and fellowship.
- Youth Adventure Camps — Longer 5-7 day adventures with core activities including hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, shooting sports, and outdoor recreation, with mentor-based discipleship.

Into the Wild Outdoors was founded by John and Andrea Hedges. Its mission is to bridge faith and the outdoors and raise up the next generation to know Christ while learning the skills to thrive in His creation. Everyone working directly with campers has passed a background check and completed safety training.
