ActivStars Athletics offers martial arts classes that include Karate, Kung Fu, Taekwondo, and SafeShield self-defense. The classes are available for kids from 4 years old up to adults, and advanced classes include leadership training. The program also offers SafeShield, Anti-Bullying, and Family Training.

Programs

• Martial Arts Classes — Kids from 4 years old all the way up to adults can participate. · Beginners, Intermediates, and Advanced students; once a week; 45-minute, 60-minute, or 90-minute classes depending on level · $10–$13 per class · Classes include Karate, Kung Fu, Taekwondo, or SafeShield self-defense. Leadership training is included in advanced classes.
• SafeShield — Kids and families · Safety awareness program.
• Anti-Bullying — Kids and families · Anti-bullying program.
• Leadership — Higher-ranking students · Student leadership program for higher-ranking students to become Senpais, student mentors.
• Family Training — Families · Whole-family training opportunity; there is no age limit.

ActivStars Athletics was founded as Young Olympians 7 years before 1991 and has over 30 years of experience. Kraig Hollingworth is the Director. The program reports more than 10,000 students, over 30,000 students trained, and over 100 instructors certified in SafeShield training.
