Xtreme Gymnastics offers Kindergym for ages 2-4 years, Girls Gymnastics and Boys Gymnastics for ages 5-12 years, Tumbling, Ninja Zone for ages 3-12 years, Xtreme Xplosion for ages 7-18 years, Fit-n-Fun Day Camps for ages 3-12 years, Birthday Parties, and Parent’s Night Out. Its programs include gymnastics apparatus, tumbling fundamentals, obstacle training, martial arts, flips, kicks, jumps, and high-energy activities.
Programs
- Kindergym — 2-4 years · Fun with a purpose; deliberate and creative curriculum builds key locomotor skills while developing social skills.
- Girls Gymnastics — 5-12 years · Develop key gymnastics skills while experiencing all the gymnastics apparatus.
- Boys Gymnastics — 5-12 years · Build strength and confidence while developing key gymnastics skills and experiencing all the gymnastics apparatus.
- Tumbling — Positive and encouraging environment for mastering the fundamentals of tumbling and progressing into more difficult tumbling skills.
- Competitive Teams Boys Teams — All Levels · Accelerated program for athletes who are ready for greater commitment and increased difficulty.
- Competitive Teams Girls Teams — All Levels · Accelerated program for athletes who are ready for greater commitment and increased difficulty.
- Ninja Zone — 3-12 years · Fusion of obstacle training, martial arts, and gymnastics; children flip, kick and jump while developing focus and confidence.
- Xtreme Xplosion — 7-18 years · High energy and positive environment to increase athleticism, strength, and power.
- Fit-n-Fun Day Camps — 3-12 years · Summer, school breaks, and school recess camps with a new theme every week.
- Birthday Parties — High energy fun in a safe and positive environment.
- Parent’s Night Out — Saturday night of fun for the kiddos with lots of high energy activities.
