Rachel’s Young at Art Studio

Rachel’s Young at Art Studio offers classes, parties, and camps that focus on art activities for children. Camps are available when school is out of session for a morning of art-filled fun, and parties can be customized as a “pARTy” for a child’s special day. Families are asked to save time by filling out a release form before coming in.

Rachel’s Young at Art Studio was started in 2016 by Rachel Ober. Rachel received a BFA in Visual Communications, with an Illustration concentration, from the University of Arizona. The studio’s mission is to foster a safe, positive, and loving atmosphere to encourage each child’s social and emotional growth and development through art, and to enable the creative process so that children of all ages may use art as a self-expressive tool to make connections to the world around them. The mission also states that the studio provides enriching experiences that empower overall identity that children can carry with them outside the studio and throughout life, all while having fun. The program states that it empowers young artists with a strong sense of confidence, accomplishment, and identity.
