The fully air-conditioned training center features all gymnastics apparatus, a dedicated preschool space, a tumble track trampoline, cozy parent viewing areas, organized drop-off zones, and convenient parking.

Gold Medal Gymnastics was founded by Amanda Borden-Cochran, a 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist, who serves as Director and Founder. The organization is seeking passionate and experienced gymnastics coaches. The mission states that the program provides a safe, positive place where young athletes are encouraged to pursue goals, be self motivated, and develop social skills while building lifelong memories, relationships, and self confidence. The program states a belief that gymnastics, dance, and ninja fuel strength and that strong children become leaders in their schools and communities.
