Christian Youth Theater Tucson

Christian Youth Theater Tucson offers classes in drama, voice, dance, makeup, costumes, tech, film, and stage combat. It also offers Broadway-style musical shows for ages 8-18 and summer musical theater day camps with games, activities, interactive workshops, and a concluding showcase.

About the provider

Christian Youth Theater Tucson was founded in 2005. The page says it is celebrating its 20th season in 2024-2025 and has produced fifty-eight shows over the past twenty seasons. Its mission is to develop character and creativity through quality theater arts training that brings families and communities together while reflecting Jesus.

The Safety Scene program is currently active and available to all CYT branches across the country. It is intended to prevent, detect and respond to physical, emotional, verbal, and sexual abuse in CYT programming.
