Cornerstone Preschool offers a Preschool Program for ages 2-5. The program includes developmental and age appropriate academic activities in a nurturing, non judgmental, loving environment. It also includes a Toddler Program, a Library Program with weekly story time with the librarian, a Music Program twice a month, CPPA and on-site school assemblies, and Character Education.

About the provider

Cornerstone Preschool was founded in 2005. The leadership team includes Melisa Giuffrida, Owner & Director. The program serves families living in Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Oak Park, Malibu, and other surrounding areas. Its mission is to inspire a love for learning through a variety of modalities and Early Childhood Philosophies, and to set students into motion with a will to learn and a love for learning that will carry them into their grade school years and beyond.

• Library Program — Each week; approximately 30 minutes · Each classroom visits the library separately for story time with the librarian.
• Music Program — Twice a month for thirty minutes · Interactive musical experience with age-appropriate instruments and materials.
• CPPA & On-Site School Assemblies — During the regular school day · Interactive enrichment programs such as Bubble Mania, Mad Science, The Animal Guys, Education Through Nature, Snow Day and more.
• Character Education — Program centered on character virtues such as independence, tolerance, friendship, respect, kindness, honesty, responsibility, empathy, patience, cooperation, adaptability, and self confidence.
