Turn Up The Heat Culinary offers Kids: Chinese Tastings Cooking Class, Kids: Mexican Takeout at Home, Teens: Mexican Fiesta Cooking Class, Teens: Chinese Takeout at Home, Parent & Me: Homemade Pasta, The Art of Fresh Pasta, Sushi Workshop, Thai Favorites, Flavors of Italy, Thai Winter Curries, Tapas of Spain, and California Coastal Feast. Public classes have students cook at a station in groups of 2, with all equipment and ingredients provided.
