Bay Language Academy offers art classes, language practice sessions, book club discussions with twenty minutes of reading, and both indoor and outdoor activities. Students can take part in artistic workshops such as painting with watercolor, acrylic, and oil, drawing including cartooning, sculpting, and craft activities, as well as music-themed activities and cultural exploration. The program also includes dedicated tutoring for school studies, cooking demonstrations and cooking classes, hands-on cooking experiences, outdoor gardening activities with planting and tending vegetable and flower gardens, and interactive speaking sessions featuring games and activities.

Classes also integrate mindfulness practices such as yoga breaks, breathing exercises, and meditation sessions, as well as sustainability sessions that include gardening and learning about sustainable living practices. The program offers digital language classes, an onsite after-school program offered daily with a differentiated approach to instruction, and after-school transportation with a shuttle from most Alameda elementary schools to language lessons. Bay Language Academy also offers a multicultural summer camp for Pre-K to 5th graders with languages including French, Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, and English, live online classes with daily live distance classes for young students and weekly live sessions for adult learners, adult language classes, and corporate language classes with tailored and customized programs. The organization provides translation and interpretation services, including live-simultaneous translation and document translation, and offers art workshops tailored to age and skill levels, as well as cooking classes used as an approach to language learning.
