About
Martial Arts International offers Little Dragons for ages 4-5, Young Champions for ages 6+, Master Champions for teens and adults, and Krav Maga for teens and adults. Little Dragons focuses on essential skills, teamwork, listening, motor control, and following directions. Young Champions teaches self-defense, self-determination, leadership, and good work ethics, while Master Champions and Krav Maga include self-defense training.

- Little Dragons — Ages 4-5 · Essential skills to begin childhood development; parents see improvements in teamwork, listening, motor control, and following directions.
- Young Champions — Ages 6+ · Teaches self-defense, self-determination, leadership, and good work ethics; parents see improvement in focus, confidence, and discipline.
- Master Champions — Teens and Adults · Training for beginners or experienced athletes to better yourself, get fit, and improve defense abilities.
- Krav Maga — Teens and Adults · Practical self-defense focused on realistic attacks and situations.
