Quality Tutoring Services offers one-on-one personalized tutoring in all subjects from Kindergarten through college level, along with test-prep tutoring services. The program also provides homeschooling support, proctoring services, Pearson Vue testing, and CLEP testing. Tutoring is available online, in-home, and at the Anaheim tutoring center, as well as at school, at a library, or in group study sessions, with each student evaluated and assessed to personalize tutoring sessions.

It employs over 60 qualified tutors who must be working academic professionals, graduate students, or university juniors with a minimum GPA of 3.4 on a 4.0 scale, and they tutor only in subjects related to their major or area of expertise. Quality Tutoring Services operates a testing center with professional proctoring services and NCTA certification and is an authorized testing center for Pearson Vue, CLEP, and major universities nationwide. The program offers VA-approved tutoring services and a Veterans Affairs Program supporting U.S. Veterans in all subjects and levels and has provided VA-approved tutoring services for U.S. Veterans since 2006. The program states that it provides personalized K–12, college, and test-prep tutoring services in all 50 states nationwide, with flexible scheduling 7 days a week.
