Smash & Splash Golf Academy Junior Program includes golf instruction that uses video, drills, games, and friendly competitions. The program also offers Open Practice sessions and monthly 9 hole outings as part of the junior golf experience.
• Schedule: Classes offered 5 days/week, with Open Practice on Friday nights and monthly 9 hole outings on Sunday afternoons.
The program takes place at Smash & Splash Golf Academy private teaching facilities, which include a classroom, indoor/outdoor putting greens, a 4 hole golf course, and a separate driving range. The academy provides free sets of clubs to junior students with 2 month memberships and offers a free trial class. The leadership team includes Benjamin Carotta, a Professional Golf Teachers Association Class A Master Teaching Professional; Jim Hartnett, a PGA Professional; and Trevor Jones, an accomplished tournament player, lifelong student, and experienced teacher of the game. Ben is a Professional Golf Teachers Association Class A Master Teaching Professional and has taught over 10,000 adult and junior students in the last 3 years, and Jim has been a PGA Professional for over 25 years. The stated goal of the program is to make golf instruction in Anaheim more fun and affordable without sacrificing quality.
