Santa Anita Soccer Club (SASC) was established in 1978. The club’s mission states that it takes pride in developing young talent and empowering girls and boys with a “can do” mentality while helping them grow a love for fútbol. The mission also states that certified coaches are nurturing and skilled and that they help teams and players develop a healthy competitive outlook for sports and life. The club describes itself as the only Arcadia based soccer club, notes success in developing multi-skilled, multifaceted individual soccer players, and reports having consistently successful competitive teams. The club also features an SASC photo gallery where epic goals and joyful celebrations are described as part of the club’s culture.
