Camp Fire Central Coast

Camp Fire Central Coast offers Camp Cielo at Camp Maddux, Camp Tacanneko, Camp WaLaKi, Camp Fire Community Clubs, and After School Programming. Camp Cielo includes hikes, t-shirt tie dying, crafts, outdoor skills, campfire activities, smores, and songs. Camp Tacanneko is a week-long traditional day camp for girls and boys, and Camp WaLaKi features a different theme each week with outdoor learning, with campers bringing lunch and morning and afternoon snacks provided.

• Camp Cielo at Camp Maddux — Weekend camp near Lopez Lake for Camp Fire members and their families; outdoor experience with hikes, t-shirt tie dying, crafts, outdoor skills, campfire activities, smores, and songs.
• Camp Tacanneko — Leaving K-11th grade · Week-long traditional day camp experience for girls and boys.
• Camp WaLaKi — Ages 5-12 by June 1st · Features a different theme each week with added emphasis on outdoor learning; campers bring a lunch and morning and afternoon snacks are provided.
• Camp Fire Community Clubs — Preschool-12th grade levels listed · Before or after school or on weekends · Club programs with trained volunteer leaders, field trips, overnight camping adventures, service projects, badges, and life skills.
• After School Programming — School-partnered programming covering conflict resolution, health and wellness, digital literacy, bullying/cyberbullying, STEM, creative arts, community service, and leadership development.
