AFreeMind Academy

AFreeMind Academy offers a STEAM CAMP where students explore applied mathematics, mechanical engineering, and robotics. It also offers several art programs, including classes where younger students explore different materials and mediums and learn about art history and famous artists, and classes where older students focus on drawing and painting with pencils, charcoal, watercolor, pastels, and more. The program also provides an adult art class that teaches basic drawing, painting, sewing, and sculpturing skills, as well as customized art parties and various art workshops and events.

AFreeMind Academy offers a free trial class and notes that many workshops and events are free. The program states that lessons develop students' critical-thinking skills, creative confidence, hands-on skills, self-esteem, and an appreciation of other cultures. AFreeMind Academy works with national leaders in the STEM and Visual Arts curriculum to support the quality of its programs. The mission of AFreeMind is to offer kids and adults the chance to explore and learn what they want, encourage them to become their true selves, and bring fun and quality programs, classes, and workshops to communities, inspired by the belief that “All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better.”
