USA Prime Peninsula offers daily baseball skill development drills that include hitting, throwing, fielding, and baserunning instruction, along with competitive games and baseball competitions. The program also includes weekly HitTrax tournaments, position-specific training, arm care and throwing programs, hitting development, and defensive development. Players can take part in strength and conditioning for all age groups, weight training for players 13U and older, private lessons, group classes, and weekly hitting classes.

• Schedule: Four seasons with Spring, Summer, Fall, and a winter training program, including 6 weeks of Summer Camp running 9:00 AM–3:00 PM daily

USA Prime Peninsula runs teams from 8u to 18u and offers weekly hitting classes from December through May. The Summer season runs from May to the end of July, the Fall season runs from August through the end of October, and the Spring season runs from the beginning of February through the end of April. Teams train from August through the first week of November, Spring season generally includes Sunday practices plus one weekday practice and one tournament per month, and winter training program workouts are 2 hours and 15 minutes each.
The coaching staff is experienced and consists of local college and high school coaches as well as current and former professional and college players, and players are consistently coached by paid pro-coaches with no parent or volunteer coaching. USA Prime Peninsula describes itself as the Peninsula’s premier baseball and softball academy for youth players and the only fully professionally coached program for all age groups starting at 6u, and as the Peninsula's premier youth baseball and softball training and travel ball program. The mission states that the program focuses on building success and confidence in young players aspiring to reach the next level of play in baseball and softball, with development as the primary objective and a coaching curriculum geared toward long-term success in competitive players. The mission also states that coaching emphasizes fundamentals-first development, athleticism, mental-game instruction, and growth in areas such as sportsmanship, leadership, responsibility, integrity, respect, good health, mental toughness, and a sense of self-worth.
USA Prime Peninsula partners with Up The Middle Sports & Fitness Training and uses the Up The Middle Training Facility. The program is located in San Mateo County on the Bay Area Peninsula in Northern California. Coach Drew is part of the leadership team and is available for private lessons at 415-308-0632 or [email protected]. Summer Baseball Camp is limited to 20 players per week and includes a Prime camp hat and t-shirt, and registration is free for returning USA Prime players for Fall teams. The Spring season is modified to limit conflicts with local leagues so that players are still able to participate in local leagues like Little League while also being in a travel ball environment.
