AYSO Region 108 - Belmont-Redwood Shores offers youth soccer programs that include a Fall 2026 soccer season, Summer 2026 Soccer Camps with AYSO PLAY!, and a PLAYSOCCER event. The program also runs a youth referee program. Meetings related to the program are currently held via Zoom.

• Schedule: The soccer season is in the fall, from late August into mid-November, with top teams in U10 and above having an opportunity to play in a regional tournament usually held the first weekend of December.
AYSO Region 108 follows an Everyone Plays philosophy, with each child who registers guaranteed to play at least half of every game. All AYSO players are placed on new or balanced teams each year based on each player's skill level and the overall ability of the team. Region 108 uses automated registration through its partnership with Blue Sombrero, with registration initially online and in-person registration used to receive signed registration and waiver forms. The Belmont-Redwood Shores Board is a group of volunteers, and regular board meetings are held with meeting minutes provided after the following month.

AYSO Region 108 is part of Area 2N, which includes Hillsborough, Burlingame, San Mateo, Foster City, San Carlos, Belmont, Redwood City, and Half Moon Bay, and Area 2N is part of AYSO Section 2, which covers Northern California, most of Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. AYSO has partnered with Blue Sombrero for a new website, automated registration, and other enhancements, and partners with BEEUP as the Official Fruit Snack Partner for the 2025–2026 season. AYSO also has partnerships with Chicago Public Schools, the US Center for Mental Health & Sport, and Northland Sports Alliance, and supports U.S. Soccer to improve SafeSport. The mission statement of AYSO is “Providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives.” Michael Karon, President of AYSO, received the Stack Leadership Award from Stack Sports for his impact in the world of sports volunteering.
