Signature of Jiu-Jitsu offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, including Kids Jiu-Jitsu, Adult Jiu-Jitsu, and Women’s Jiu-Jitsu. All programs are available in both Gi and No-Gi formats, and the academy is described as a family martial arts academy.

Founded in 2022, Signature of Jiu-Jitsu is led by Owner and Head Professor Atahide “Taidi” Santana. Professor Santana is a registered black belt under the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) with over 13 years of continuous training. He is certified in the Winner’s Methodology for Children’s Jiu-Jitsu and has developed his own adult teaching methodology over three years. The kids’ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is organized into three age groups: 5–7 years, 8–10 years, and 11–14 years. The academy offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programs for every age and skill level, from first-time beginners to experienced practitioners, with personal attention, detailed feedback, and clear progress tracking for every student. The environment is described as family-friendly and supportive, with an emphasis on confidence, discipline, and fun for kids. Women’s Jiu-Jitsu classes are offered as a safe, inclusive space for women of all experience levels. Signature of Jiu-Jitsu focuses on real-world self-defense, fitness, and a supportive martial arts community, and serves families, adults, and children throughout Belmont, San Mateo County, and the greater Bay Area.
