Broadway Babies and Kids says it has over 30 years of experience working with both youth and adults. The site says Katie Kerwin-Gielniak holds a B.F.A. from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts CAP21 Conservatory and has devoted the past 14 years to leading its Musical Theatre Program. The mission statement says, "Building Leaders Through the Performing Arts," and the programs emphasize helping students find and strengthen the best in them and training artists to lead both in and out of the studio.

Adaptive Arts is described as a 45-minute program. Pre Professionals is audition only. Broadway Vocal Programs Private Lessons are audition only. The site says the culture values individual excellence over medals or trophies.
